Return, Exchange and refund policy

Our return policy is simple! Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns on Any items.

If a product hasn’t been used or opened you can exchange the product within 7 days of the date you receive the item in its original packaging.

Just send us an email and let us know what the issue is and we’ll provide you options for how to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. After all, we want happy, satisfied customers!

 

You will receive a even exchanges on unopened items or  store credit, In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Vibrators, Dildo’s, Apparel, Lubes, lotion, and oils Etc.
